How you'll make a difference

  • A comprehensive understanding of investment data management principles and a fundamental grasp of investment management, investment operations, product management, and custodial services.
  • Thorough knowledge of Investment Management, along with a broad understanding of the overall Group (AU Wealth Management) and the competitive landscape.
  • Setting and attaining operational targets, objectives, or service standards with a focus on the short to medium term that directly impacts Investment Operations outcomes.
  • Utilizing emerging technical capabilities within one's operational area/department.
  • Analyzing routine and diverse issues of varying complexities and adapting working methods/processes within one's role, sometimes without predefined procedures.
  • Demonstrating effective problem-solving skills as the scope of issues may be loosely defined or challenging.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance data automation and collaborating with colleagues to implement solutions.
  • Collaborating effectively with senior personnel when addressing complex issues or larger clients, prospects, projects, accounts, and relationships.
  • A seasoned professional with over 5 years of operational experience in the fund management sector, possessing a solid understanding of data integrity management, reconciliations, and asset pricing.
  • Solid knowledge of Australian & International securities, assets, and derivatives.
