The role The Correspondence Officer is pivotal in ensuring adherence to service quality standards and health and safety protocols, meticulously preparing and editing correspondence to provide accurate, timely, and relevant information in accordance with departmental guidelines.

With a focus on managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, the Officer maintains an effective records management system to implement efficient workflows and tracking, ensuring seamless operations within the branch.

Collaborating closely with senior management and officers, the Officer liaises, negotiates, and consults to ensure timely completion of correspondence within agreed-upon processes and standards.

Thriving in a dynamic, time-critical environment, the Officer serves as an effective team member, contributing to business improvement activities and other administrative duties as necessary, all while upholding Queensland Health's core values and fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
