About the Opportunity

You'll engage in a varied NDIS caseload covering all age groups and abilities, providing assessment and intervention services in:

• Fine and Gross motor skills and hand-eye coordination;
• Sensory processing;
• Daily Living skills; and
• Adaptive equipment and minor home modifications.

About You

• You are a qualified Occupational Therapist eligible for AHPRA Registration.
• You possess excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships with clients and peers.
• You demonstrate flexibility in tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client and their families.
• You either hold or are willing to obtain relevant checks required for the role.
• You hold a full, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and have reliable access to a registered, fully insured vehicle.

About the Benefits

Therapy Pro offers a competitive salary package of up to $144,650 based on your experience, including:

• $118,243 base salary
• 10.5% superannuation (e.g. $12,415 for top of award salary)
• Up to $8,400 performance bonus per annum (pro-rated for part-time)
• $4000 professional development allowance per annum (pro-rated for part-time)
• 17.5% Leave Loading (e.g. $1,592 for top of award salary and 4 weeks leave)

Additionally, you will receive:

• Vehicle allowance for travel expenses (92c per kilometre)
