This role offers an excellent opportunity for a current HR student or recent graduate looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a multi-faceted work environment.

Both fulltime and part-time (3 days) is available.

Key Responsibilities:

At People Power Consulting, we specialise in providing top-notch HR solutions to several small/mid-sized businesses.

As a Payroll/HR Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clients' payroll processes and HR operations.


  • In this role you will be required to assist with: _
  • Assist in processing payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time.
  • Organising and maintaining personnel records
  • Updating databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Answer queries about Payroll and HRrelated issues
  • Stay uptodate with relevant labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • General Payroll/HR administration tasks and provide support to HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • Relevant HR/Administrative experience OR pursing HR qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the everchanging job market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus
