**This unique opportunity exists to be part of the start-up of this Customer Fulfillment Centre (CFC) in Mascot and build the operational, commercial, and team member foundations of this site.
**The Assistant CFC Manager role will lead, manage, and support teams to ensure availability and freshness of stock to provide an exceptional level of service to all Online customers.
**This role will report directly to the Customer Fulfillment Centre Manager.

What makes you right for Woolies:

**As the Assistant CFC Manager, your key responsibilities will be to: -
To support the CFC Manager to drive the WooliesX and Woolworths Group strategy within the CFC to ensure delivery of the eCom strategy

Support the Department Managers in leading their teams, checking all processes are being completed, and continuously reviewing if tasks can be done in a better way to improve efficiency

Review key customer metrics daily

Work closely with the Payroll and Admin Manager to ensure recruitment is maintained and teams are rostered correctly

Collaborate with our Online Commercial and Online Replenishment teams to improve customer satisfaction

Engage with the local community to strengthen positive relationships and build the Woolworths brand

Lead the CFC in the absence of the CFC Manager
-
Identify & develop talent in the CFC to build a talent pipeline for our Woolworths Group
