Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Defining and managing the requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs Providing and directing recommendations for process re-design and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information that support Westpac to achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver business value Identify, document and demonstrate an understanding of the requirements that will be used as inputs into the project Summarise and collate the remediation eligibility and calculation methodologies and implementation approach Support development and delivery of target business value aligning with the scope Ensure best practice and delivery methodology compliance What do I need?5+ years Business Analysis experience Financial Services experience Agile Project Delivery processes & tools (i.e JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams)Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certificate.
