Your role:

You will lead and manage complex service delivery in collaboration with the program manager from our office in Bendigo.

Youth Services provides a range of Programs and Services within the Community to support young people in respect to developing connections within the community to supports and local groups, supporting young people develop independent living skills, work with young people how have experienced the youth justice system and or homeliness.

All our Youth Services are aimed to deliver better outcomes to young people in our community that require supports to live independently and gain life skills for better futures.


The skills you will use day to day:
Managing multiple programs and budgets

Complex stakeholder engagement

Working with the DFFH and DJCS

Supervision, performance management and learning and development of your team

An in depth understanding of youth justice systems, leaving care and Homestretch is desirable

Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.
