Lightning Box is a gaming company situated on Sydney's King Street Wharf. We are looking for a Game Producer to join our team. You will work with our team developing online and land-based casino games.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

As part of our team your main responsibilities will include:

  • Producing online and land-based casino games
  • Working with internal mathematicians, creative team members and external contractors on direction of game design.
  • Own product from inception through to delivery
  • Assist with Project management and scheduling of tasks
  • Produce documentation in relation to the Product.
  • Continued testing and refinement of product

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Engage and present games to Customers
  • Work with Bug tracking tools to report issues

Qualifications:

Essential requirements:

  • Must have completed a university or college course
  • Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management
  • Selfmotivation, attention to detail & excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to take on constructive feedback and make necessary changes

Highly Regarded:

  • Similar role within the casino gaming industry
  • 5 years+ of gaming industry experience
  • Mathematics and game design background.
  • Experience using JIRA, Monday, MS Project and Miro.
