Game Producers lead teams, initiatives and products from conception through launch and operation inside of the gaming space.

They create and align teams to product vision, have a deep understanding of player needs, competitors and market conditions, and are able to balance scope, quality and time to predictably deliver at a high quality bar for players.

As a Senior Producer on the VALORANT Central Tech Art team, you will be responsible for helping Riot build and maintain a central technical art production pipeline for VALORANT across multiple platforms and future games.

You will keep the players' experience, as well as the experience of dev teams within Riot, in mind as you track progress, deliver products/features, and organize priorities and goals.

You will also work with artists, producers and engineers to support the team in delivering genre-defining experiences to our players.

Your group will consist of Rioters across the globe, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Sydney.
You will report to a Senior Production leader supporting VALORANT studio.

Responsibilities:
Create and manage the day-to-day product and sprint backlog for a distributed team across Sydney and Los Angeles Partner with Tech Art leadership to drive the creation of a Central Tech Art roadmap in support of product priorities Identify and collect needs and requirements from development teams Facilitate all team meetings and enable team communication across multiple time zones Ensure optimal team health, culture, efficacy, and efficiency Communicate team staffing needs as they arise Continuously improve work systems to push toward development best practices Support team by removing roadblocks and managing distractions Responsible for the execution of risk management, velocity tracking, progress reporting, and quality validation processes at both sprint and milestone levels Collaborate across teams and products to deliver a unified experience Maintain stakeholder relationships and keep them informed of progress, risks and pivots Provide essential product feedback and insight to the team and leadership
Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Producer or Product Manager2+ years experience working with teams building software for internal users Experience using Agile tools and practices to drive the development process for a distributed development team Experience partnering with central and distributed development teams to improve the developer workflows Experience leading teams through feature development (planning, execution, delivery, post-release support)


Desired Qualifications:3+ years of experience working with art and content pipelines Experience working with teams building content creation tools Mastery of production tools like JIRA for tracking and reporting Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
