They create demand in market for MYOB and engage AU & NZ businesses when it matters most to either acquire or retain them. They're dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points, and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.

The Opportunity

  • As a key role in our Marketing Analytics and Performance team, you'll access and analyse a variety of marketing data sources to accurately measure and report on the efficiency of marketing funnel and campaigns. Your findings and recommendations will be essential in driving future program and investment decisions.

You'll be focused on
:

  • Conducting deep tactical data analysis across various marketing channels and implementation of metrics from engagement to conversion across segments
  • Analysing multiple data sources to track performance of marketing programs against marketing metrics and provide insights
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and finance to help develop quarterly and annual forecasts and performance modelling
  • Develop and implement regular reporting and data visualization to communicate insights to senior team members
  • Provide analysis support for market research projects as required

What we'd like to see from you
:

  • Strong proven experience working with various data platforms and tool including Tableau, Google Data Studio, Power Bi, Salesforce, MS Excel etc
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing and sales motion for SME and midsized ENT Experience
  • 5+ experience in a similar role in organisations with complex data systems
  • Experience in digital data platforms and Google Analytics is highly desirable
  • Passion for working with data, developing dashboards and reports to share insights across the business
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, timesensitive environment with multiple priorities
  • A consistent track record in successful relationships with a broad range of collaborators
