Our client, a well regarded consultancy within Perth's eastern suburbs, have an exciting opportunity to join their close knit team.

Due to growth in the business, there is a need for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the team and service their current projects.


About the role:
Senior Electrical Engineer with 8-10 years experience required.
Focus on running jobs and their engineering design deliverables- approx $ valueProjects will focus on mining and minerals processing, sustaining capital and heavy industrialFocus on the production of electrical, instrumentation and controls (EIC)

design deliverables, ensure

client deadlines are achieved

Software utilised:

DigSilent and inhouse softwareAssess design risks and their impact on schedulesManage projects within agreed budget and scheduleOffer technical support to designers and coordinate with engineers from various disciplinesProvide technical guidance to the delivery teamEvaluate and manage team performanceReport project status and prepare/review technical reportsWork in a dedicated, motivated and experienced team - approx 15 staff.

Perth Eastern Suburbs location, Free Car parking provided.

Key CriteriaElectrical Engineering degree qualification. CPEng accreditation beneficial.
Possess 8-10 +

years

Electrical Engineering experience which includes mining and minerals processing project experience.
Thorough understanding of Australian StandardsExperienced in design documentation, operation, construction/commissioning, and general engineering of mineral processing or chemical facilitiesExperience must cover study, front end engineering design (FEED), detailed design, and on-site constructionDigSilent software experience beneficialEffective communication and liaison skills with other disciplines, project managers, and clients' representativesAble to run projects and taking ownership of their roleMotivated &

excellent team skills.
