As an asbestos supervisor trainer and assessor, your role involves training and assessing individuals in handling asbestos safely and effectively. This position requires expertise in the proper management, removal, and disposal of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) to ensure the safety of workers and the public.

Here are some key responsibilities and tasks associated with your role:
Training Programs: Deliver comprehensive training programs for asbestos supervisors. These programs should cover topics such as asbestos awareness, health hazards, asbestos management plans, legal requirements, and safe work practices.

Practical Demonstrations: Conduct hands-on training sessions to demonstrate proper procedures for handling and removing asbestos. This may include showcasing the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), containment procedures, and decontamination practices.

Classroom Instruction: Provide theoretical instruction through presentations, workshops, and discussions. Ensure trainees have a thorough understanding of asbestos regulations, risk assessment, and best practices.

Assessments: Administer assessments and evaluations to gauge trainees' knowledge and practical skills related to asbestos management. This may involve written tests, practical exercises, and observation of on-the-job performance.

Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local, national, and international asbestos regulations and ensure that training materials and programs align with the latest standards.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, assessments, and certifications for each trainee.

Pay: $350.00 - $500.00 per day
