About the RoleResponsibilities include:
- Perform a variety of day to day administrative and support services that are routine in nature and directed by the Principal or the Business Manager.
- Administer day to day financial matters (e.g. process payments and orders, receipting, banking, reconciling invoices for payment, followup on late payments as directed by Principal or Business Manager. Input and export financial data to/from OneSchool.
About You
- Knowledge of OneSchool (Student Enrolments).
- Knowledge of Compass (desirable but not necessary).
- Strong organisational, time management skills, customer service and attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Operate autonomously to undertake day to day office procedures within welldefined policies and utilise information and management systems to support effective and efficient reporting.
- Ability to think logically and problem solve.
- Be a dedicated team player that works collaboratively with all team members.
- Provide a comprehensive range of executive and administrative support services including preparation of accurate and timely reports, correspondence and other documents where necessary.
- Provide adhoc administrative duties.
- Proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure and to manage shifting priorities and interruptions in a fastpaced office environment.
- Be driven to build a positive, welcoming and supportive school culture.
A mandatory requirement of this role is:
- In accordance with the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 a person is prohibited from working in regulated child-related employment unless the person holds a current Working with Children Check clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
