We are looking for someone who is passionate about all things food and loves tailoring amazing beverages to our guests and voitors.

They must be open and elastic in being able to adapt their skills in both Hotel Food and Beverage and Venue Management in creating great experiences, all of this underpinned by being a true Heartist.


Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the role will oversee the operation of the Goldfinch Restaurant & Street Café and In Room Dining.


As Goldfinch Venue Manager you will:

  • Leading the team in a hands-on manner, ensuring consistent and proactive approach
  • Owning, creating and driving revenue
  • Ordering & stock control
  • Maintaining Food, Beverage and wage costs in line with budget
  • Proactively setting, implementing and reviewing service standards P&P expectations
  • Maintaining and improving safety & hygiene standards
  • Employee recruitment, training and development including people succession planning for sustainable success
  • Proactively creating unique experiences tailored to the Visitors, Clients and Guests
