Our client is a civil and structural engineering expertise highly sought after by government and infrastructure industry clients.

They work in partnership with a variety of delivery agencies to provide technical support across all project stages and work closely with our clients to provide oversight on major infrastructure and building projects around Australia.

They currently require a Senior Project Engineer on a major project in Perth.

Responsibilities:


Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and on scheduleDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established goalsCoordinate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectivesConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risksManage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requestsProvide technical guidance and support to project team membersEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsCommunicate project status and progress to senior management and other stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical fieldPrevious experience in major civil projectsStrong technical background in engineering or a related fieldExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience with project management software and toolsWhy join the team?Employee Assistance Program for mental wellbeingAccess to educational programsExclusive mentorship and networking eventsRegular internal events to bring our people togetherCommitment to Equality and DiversityOur client doesn't just accept difference — they celebrate it, they support it, and they thrive on it for the benefit of their employees, there products, and our community.
