$160k - $170k + Super + 20% Uplift + Allowances Cranfield Group is representing a civil contractor who is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join their regional team working on a civil, mining project (earthworks and roadworks) in the Pilbara region.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to maintain effective communication
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
Degree educated in Civil Engineering, Construction or similar
Proven experience as a seasoned Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer
Comprehensive experience in civil and mining infrastructure projects e.g roads/earthworks
Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Experience working in remote or regional locations is highly desirable
Ability to work on a 2:1 roster schedule in the Pilbara Region
