Description

You will:

  • Build and maintain visibility over call volume metrics to support appropriate rostering changes
  • Identify improvement opportunities based on historic data to proactively anticipate internal surge requirements
  • Set clearly defined objectives, and adjust these to reflect changes in strategy and needs
  • Collaborate with the other functions of the business unit to achieve goals
  • Think beyond immediate work area and own agenda
  • Display sensitivity to the feelings, emotions, and situations of others
  • Establish and maintains respectful working relationships, building trust
  • Analyses data to generate and articulate key insights
  • Makes logical and rational judgements based on available data
  • Adopts technological resources and expands personal knowledge of capability.

Profile


To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in rostering/scheduling and management in a high volume, geographically dispersed and multi time zone environment.


Your background will demonstrate:

- management and SMS.

  • A demonstrated history of proactively & effectively communicating with and engaging key Stakeholders.
  • Experience in rostering, data analysis and report generation.
  • Relevant experience in a contact centre or large volume case manager environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge data analysis experience in a similar role.
  • A qualification in Business or Data Science or a related discipline is desirable but not compulsory.
