What you'll do

This is a full-time, permanent, and salaried role in our licensed onsite bistro, offering a delicious and innovative menu at reasonable prices for our guests to dine-in or take away. We focus on providing excellent guest service for a memorable holiday experience.

What you'll bring

  • A qualification in commercial cookery or relevant trade testing
  • Previous experience in a similar role at a restaurant, club kitchen, or café
  • Experience in supporting kitchen staff
  • Understanding of 'Food Safety' and workplace health and safety
  • Experience in ordering and stock control
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Team player willing to assist and lead as needed
