About the role
Due to the continuous growth of the company, our client has a position available for a highly experience
Project Administrator to start immediately.
You will be a key member of the project delivery team.
Working closely with the customer and their labour sub-contractors and you will be responsible for document control, project correspondence, contract administration, project management and co-ordination of project requirements.
This role is apart time role.
- Hours 7:30am pm
- Public transport friendly
- Short term assignment. Need commitment until at least February/March.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Document Control
- Project administration and recording of material and labour movements
- Sub-Contract liaison and tracking to plans and budgets per stage
- Inputting into client portals and managing payment schedules
- Experience across various aspects of project administration
- Minor knowledge of Accounting and Business Practices within
Building and Construction Industry: - Advanced problem solving and decision-making skills; able to analyse, synthesis and select the appropriate solution from a range of competing solutions
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to manage busy working schedule, adapting to a fast paced and changing environment
- Confident working autonomously
Job Types:
Contract, Part-time

Part-time hours: 24 per week

$ $40.00 per hour
