The Company

The Role
As a Supervisor/Duty Manager you will be a part of a brilliant team. You'll support the senior management team with the day-to-day operations of this premium racing and entertainment venue. Your focus ensuring your team are executing a high level of customer service. To be successful, you will need to enjoy working a part of a large and dynamic team.

You'll need to have the ability to work a rotating roster, which includes days, nights, weekends and all major events.

This client takes pride in providing its employees a positive work culture in which they can thrive.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Cash & Expenditure Control
  • Process and procedure
  • Stock Control
  • Staff Management & Rostering
  • Demonstrate customer service standards
  • Assist with day to day operations
  • Adhering to OHS practises

What you'll need to bring to this role

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role (preferably within a complex entertainment venue)
  • Must have a valid RSA, RSG, Gaming License, Food Handlers, Drivers license, First Aid and TAB Accreditation
  • Excellent cash handling and understanding of compliance
  • Strong ability to manage and implement process and procedure
  • Ability to confidently lead a team and support a senior leadership team
  • Strong administration and IT skills
  • Conflict resolution and problemsolving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivated and energetic
  • Bright personality you're not afraid to be yourself
  • Integrity, you have pride in everything you do
  • Current drivers licence
