The role:

To be successful you will need:

  • Diploma qualifications or advanced training or Warrigal-deemed equivalent experience in business systems or IT
  • Ability to work with IT vendors in an environment where IT infrastructure is wholly or partially outsourced, including working with external helpdesks and Service Delivery Managers
  • Ability to troubleshoot IT issues in Windows, Chrome computing environment, phone and PBX issue, desktop and network hardware issues
  • Ability to form constructive and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders from all services and levels of the organisation
  • Welldeveloped organisational skills including the ability to determine work priorities and to work under mínimal supervision and meet strict deadlines
  • Current Drivers license and willingness to travel
