We see our role as more than just glorified babysitters.

This Lead Educator role will see you lead just ten toddlers. You will be supported by experienced educators who have remained with the company for many years.

The spacious indoor/outdoor play spaces are architecturally designed to suit the needs of all children from 6 weeks to school age.


About you

  • A Diploma or higher qualification in children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
  • Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
  • Current Employment Working with Children Check.
  • Experience in an early childhood setting, preferably as lead educator
  • A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
  • Prior experience and confidence in leading an age group setting and writing educational programs.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.
  • Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
  • The ability to implement stimulating programs and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF.
  • The ability to observe and record children's learning and contribute to their educational portfolios.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
