ABOUT THE ROLE
The role of Relationship Manager is integral to the growth of Prestige Inhome Care in Sydney by cultivating long-term and sustainable referral relationships in suburbs including Coogee, Randwick, Bondi, Rose Bay, Potts Point, Darlinghurst

, St Leonards through to Mosman (North shore).

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating new revenue
  • Face to face visits with potential referral contacts
  • Increase volume of new enquiries
  • Identify and develop new referral sources and revenue streams and
  • Identify and build new relationships
  • Research and identify of relevant potential referral source
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and referral sources.
  • Maintain current CRM Database (Sugar)
  • Achievement of Quarterly target revenue figures for your territory.
You will be a brand ambassador for the business.

You will be knowledgeable in Prestige's service options and be able to represent Prestige Inhome Care as a preferred service provider.


ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum of 4 years of Sales / Account Management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including an ability to build rapport and productive working relationships with colleagues, clients and allied health professionals.
  • Good verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to plan and anticipate potential problems.
  • Ability to work autonomously & independently.
  • Extensive problemsolving skills.
  • Highly developed customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Sound administrative and selfmanagement skills, including the ability to work to deadlines and resolve challenges quickly and professionally.
  • A current driver's license and reliable motor vehicle
  • Tertiary education required.
  • Experience in clinical field.
Qualification in Nursing or other Allied Health an advantage but not essential.
