Located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, this long-standing, market leading organisation offers a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Export Coordinator to join an established team on a permanent full-time basis.


This is an exceptional role for someone who thrives in a varied and dynamic team environment and ideally someone with at least two years experience working with export documentation, and is now looking to take the next step in their career.


The Position:

  • Prepare export documentation in accordance with individual customer and country requirements including government endorsements and consulate legalisation
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to process export orders, schedule vessels and order export labels
  • Ensure customer accounts are within credit limits and credit cleared prior to loading
  • Create EDN's and PRA's. process Letters of Credit
  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding shipping arrival times and vessel transit delays
  • Reconcile and process freight invoices
  • Maintain accurate data and customer profiles to ensure documentation and shipment meets changing customer / import country requirements
  • Build and maintain long term partnerships with clients and shipping providers

About you:

  • A minimum of two years solid and proven export logistics experience.
  • Experience dealing with and processing Letters of Credit
  • Extensive understanding of export documentation and incoterms
  • Works well under pressure and can adjust at short notice to meet sudden change
  • Analytical and problem solving approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Growth mindset, the willingness learn and develop, to potentially become a leader in the future
