Apex Group is looking for a Portfolio Administrator to join our inclusive and collaborative team. This Portfolio Administrator hybrid role is based in Sydney and offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

  • Process payments, receipts and distributions
  • Process maintenance
  • Reconciliations
  • Maintain records including filing
  • Prepare reports on a daily and periodic basis
  • Highlevel attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • An understanding and interest in financial markets
  • Good organisational and communication skills
