About the Opportunity:


Working closely with the CEO, you will play an integral role in supporting the growth strategy for the East Coast business; identifying and cultivating strategic relationships that will ensure sustainable growth for the firm.


You will enjoy designing, managing, and implementing complex programmes of work within organisations, working with the broader team where required to deliver high quality work, on time and on budget.

You will lead and execute on activities to elevate the firm, providing a high quality service to clients, and ultimately support a culture that helps their people thrive and achieve outstanding performance and innovate.


Specifically you will:

Engage directly with Boards, Executives, and senior leaders to develop, lead, and implement bespoke solutions to address their pain points and maximise organisational performance through strategy, culture and leadership;
Engage in business development and networking activities - target prospects, convert leads to sales;
Work with Boards and Executives to shape and implement their business strategies; and

Provide high-performance coaching to Executive and Senior Leadership teams.


You will enjoy building strategic partnerships with key clients and demonstrate proven expertise in influencing and guiding Executive and Senior leaders.

You will be comfortable working in a role which blends strategy with operational delivery and flexing between the two as the business requires.

You will have proven experience in shaping and leading large, complex business and culture transformations across diverse industries, as well as proven experience in designing and implementing leadership and team building programs at an executive level.

As an accomplished facilitator and natural storyteller, you will possess compelling people and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.


With a proven track-record for business development, you will be highly regarded within the industry and bring with you a healthy network and the ability to hit the ground running when it comes to nurturing prospects and winning work.

Agile in your approach, you will possess strong business acumen, alongside the ability to 'lean in' and be involved in tasks that will contribute to business outcomes.
