The Role
Due to extensive growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced

Management Consultant with proven

Strategy and Advisory experience to join our team.

You will have a very strong background in leading

Sourcing and Selection programs of work with strong capabilities in

solution design, implementation planning and business case development and, above all, a track record in delivering tangible business improvement outcomes. You will have demonstrated requirements gathering experience coupled with excellent communication skills.

About you

You will be outcomes focused with a strong track record on execution, and you will possess the ability to work at pace, while also being capable of both taking direction and working well independently.

You are a great communicator with the ability to engage and build rapport at all levels.

Demonstrating:

  • Proven track record of delivering outcomes as a senior business consultant
  • Experience with platform sourcing selection including (but not limited to)
    RFI/RFQ/RFP management, solution design, implementation planning and business case development:

  • Highly skilled in stakeholder management:
  • Good understanding of technologies used in the delivery of care industries ideally
  • Proven effective leadership skills with a high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams

Ability to think strategically, conceptually, and creatively to solve complex business problems:

  • Self-starter who demonstrates ownership, accountability and growth mindset
