That's what sets working at Aloft apart, intentionally. Kitchen Support Experts are vital in supporting various hotel functions. They may collaborate across departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, employee dining room) to assist with cleaning and basic kitchen preparation tasks. From preparing fresh linens and immaculate dining ware for guest enjoyment, to operating and maintaining cleaning tools and equipment (e.g., dishwashing machines, hand wash stations), to transporting dishware throughout the hotel, these experts go the extra mile to complete the tasks.
Are you ready for this challenge?- Follow company safety and security protocols
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas, including back of house
- Aid in basic kitchen and food preparation tasks
- Operate and maintain cleaning tools and equipment
- Transport dishware throughout the hotel
- Ensure fresh linens are ready for guest dining pleasure
- Assist during busy periods in food preparation
- Possession of an up-to-date RSA certification
- Relevant experience in a similar position
- Legal working rights in Australia
- Eager to advance in your career
- Self-driven, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
