The team on

Bribie Island are on the lookout for a

Casula receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. This is a casual position that will help provide coverage for planned and unplanned leave across our clerical team. Working hours for this location are across Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:

  • Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
  • Make radiology exam bookings
  • General Clerical Duties
  • Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
  • Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
  • Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
