Our Medical Imaging team based on Bribie Island are on the lookout for a **Permanent, Full Time,** **Medical Receptionist** to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. Lumus Imaging provides a wide range of radiology services to patients including X Rays, CT Scan’s and Ultrasounds.

As a Permanent Full TIme Medical Receptionist you will be responsible for managing both in person and phone/computer based service to patients and practitioners, being able to multitask, work well in a team and provide high attention to detail is essential for this role.

This position supports our 2 clinic’s on Bribie Island as well as occasional coverage required at nearby clinic’s on the Northside of Brisbane. Working hours will be across 7.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday with roster’s set up in advance.

**You will be responsible for all reception duties including**:

- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
