About the Position:


In partnership with our leading government client, WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Administration Officer based within Brisbane (Logan).

This position will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week), on a casual basis for a 6 month initial duration.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Provide accurate and timely recruitment administration support to the Talent Aquisition team including but not limited to: setting up job folders and saving all relevant forms to file, recording actions in team spreadsheets and lodging roles and advertisements in the recruitment system(s).


Assist the Talent Acquisition Partners with the coordination of volume recruitment campaigns including booking bulk role trial shifts, and agency hires.

Assist the Talent Acquisition Partners source panel members for interviews.

Administer/coordinate the 'œPanel Member Conflict of Interest' process to ensure mandated timeframes are met.

Pre-populate draft Selection Panel Report templates for Talent Acquisition Partners.

Generate electronic approvals for recruitment panel voting.


Collect and ensure all new starter paperwork and internal administration processes are complete, documentation is saved to appropriate files and forwarded to HRIS.

Provide a customer-focused service to applicants and hiring managers, responding promptly to queries received through the TAP team's inbox and fielding others appropriately.


Skills and Experience:


Sound ability to work productively and collaboratively as part of a team to ensure achievement of outcomes including building, maintaining and fostering good relationships with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders (including hiring managers).


Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal with enquiries and requests in a professional and tactful manner and make prompt and reliable decisions within the bounds of allocated responsibilities and delegations.


Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to convey information to a wide range of stakeholders (both internal and external).

A flexible ' ̃can do' approach and ability to respond positively to priority changes.


Ability to successfully manage and prioritise workload while maintaining a high attention to detail and reliability in meeting deadlines within a busy, fast-paced environment.

Achievement or advancement in a formal qualification in Human Resources or Psychology (or related field) will be highly regarded.
