ABOUT THE ROLE


We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and aspirational individual to join our Cotton On team as a Senior Digital Designer on a 12 month contract.

This role is responsible for undertaking digital design activities relating to seasonal, promotional and in-house marketing content in accordance with brand directives and guidelines.


Key areas of responsibility include:
Trade event digital rollout
Monthly campaign global digital rollout
Global eDMs and modules
Global website assets (home page, landing pages, product listing page banners, ads)
Third party website assets, affiliate banners
Social marketing assets (Paid social and organic)
Ensure all creative is consistent, highly polished and on brand
Support with additional items and workload where required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Tertiary level design qualification and demonstrated experience in a similar role
Experience with fashion/retails brands desirable and a passion for the fashion industry is essential
Experience working to brand guidelines ensuring brands DNA and brand direction is maintained across all creative collateral
Intermediate-advanced skills in Adobe AfterEffects, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD
Experience in Adobe AfterEffects highly regarded
Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals, experience highly regarded
Exceptional design skills, eye for content quality, creative typographic and crafting skills
Knowledge of design fundamentals and principles
Is highly effective in interpreting briefs and delivering and executing creative concepts
Experience in producing high volume, on brand global Social Media (Instagram, TikTok) posts, stories and paid social video content
Experience in producing high volume, on brand global eDMs and modules
Ability to produce high quality artwork within tight timeframes
Excellent creative and artistic presentations skills
Thrives in a collaborative team environment
Results driven and ability to multitask
Ability to work effectively and level-headed under pressure
Receptive and responsive to constructive feedback
Ability to demonstrate initiative and effectively plan and be proactive in all facets of the role
Demonstrate effective interpersonal, communication and networking abilities
