Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Ship Officers and Engineers to join our dynamic team.


Our ideal candidates are the best of the best, with a proven track record in the maritime industry and a commitment to excellence.

DP (Dynamic Positioning) qualifications are highly regarded (operator & maintenance), but there are also opportunities for potential DP trainee positions and are encouraged to apply

Qualifications:
Valid maritime certification relevant to the position (Officer or Engineer).

DP certification highly regarded Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work on various ships and adapt to different vessel types.

Commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Experience Proficient in the complex operations of anchor handling aligned with rank, including conventional and pre-lay systems.

Skilled in coordinating with rig move masters to ensure safe and efficient anchor handling operations.

Experience on vessels with 180t+ bollard pull advantageous. Platform Supply Vessels (PSV) with Azimuth Experience (Officers): Experience operating platform supply vessels equipped with azimuth thrusters.

Adept at handling cargo operations including bulks, liquids and deck cargo.


Leadership and Team Collaboration (Senior Officers & Engineers): Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse crew.

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with onshore teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

Collaborative approach to problem-solving, ensuring smooth and efficient vessel operations.

Maintenance and Technical Skills (Engineers): Proficient in performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues on board.

Experience with preventive maintenance programs to ensure vessel reliability and operational readiness.

Knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of various marine machinery and equipment.
