Overview


The Clinical Educator works as part of the ECPS Project and is accountable for taking a clinical leadership role in the development and delivery of the ECPS training program and within this context liaising closely and regularly with staff working in clinical environments across SA Health.

The incumbent is a conduit for promotion and communication of information and key decisions related to ECPS system design, build and roll out to stakeholders and also a conduit for information and feedback from key stakeholders to the ECPS Project.


The Clinical Educator facilitates and reinforces clear and early communication of relevant timeframes and expectations in relation to education across their particular clinical or non-clinical professional community.

The position is also responsible for providing advice regarding the development or amendment of SA Health operational policies to support new ECPS related processes and work practices

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.

Special Conditions

  • The incumbent will be required to work some out of hours through the project deployments.
  • As the project scope includes metro and regional sites in South Australia, travelling and overnight stays will be required.
