About the Role:
We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join a vibrant pediatric private practice in Melbourne. This position presents an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their career with a highly supportive team or for experienced professionals to advance their career under the guidance of a robust leadership team. We also encourage Speech Pathologists with 1-2 years of experience seeking a transition to pediatrics to apply. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in Speech Pathology and harbor a deep passion for working with children.

This role entails a thrilling journey with a diverse pediatric caseload, catering to children with conditions such as autism, behavioral challenges, developmental delays, anxiety/depression, and sensory processing issues. As a Speech Pathologist, you will evaluate and execute strength-based therapy plans to assist children and families in reaching their objectives. Therapy sessions will primarily occur within the clinic premises, as well as in community settings like the child's home and school.

Enhance your pediatric expertise through regular supervision and coaching sessions that will equip you to deliver top-notch intervention services. Join a private practice team that offers both administrative and clinical assistance, enabling you to deliver the highest level of service to clients.

This is a full-time role.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
