As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are delivered on time, having a direct impact on patient outcomes.


What you'll do:
Day to day Distribution requests and escalations

  • Resolution of day to day Customer Service distribution queries
  • Escalation point for any queries for questions from within the business
  • Root cause analysis to be completed for issues through to fulfilment of recommendations.
  • Outbound order processing including all urgent service requests
Reporting

  • Develop reporting to monitor Distribution Centre outbound activities including key KPI and Metrics, identification of bottlenecks potential issues.
  • Run inventory outbound order reports for both internal systems (JDE and WAMAS)ensuring that all orders are processed inline with KPIs.
Inventory

  • Investigation into NDCCOUNT location
  • Investigation into cycle counts
  • Investigation into Freight returns


Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is not necessary We are looking for positive team players who are quick learners and hard workers.

You should have excellent interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to quickly pick up basic systems.
