We are seeking individuals from Consultant to Director level to join our Digital, Data, Cloud & AI capabilities across Consulting.

Our Data Advisory (Strategy and Governance) specialists help CDO's to define/execute the strategic and operational direction for data in the form of Enterprise Data Strategy, Data Operating Models, Data Business Cases, Data Governance Strategy and Enablement, Literacy Uplift, Analytics Use Case Development and High-level Conceptual Data and Information Architecture, and KPI frameworks to support execution.

Our Advanced Data Management specialists work with clients to implement policies, standards and business rules required so the meaning of data is not only defined, but it is secure, accessible and fit-for-purpose for the Enterprise. We execute programmes to drive better operational outcomes across the full data management lifecycle.

Our Data Platformsengineers design, build and modernise data platforms to manage data effectively, securely and at scale - serving to operationalise reporting, data governance, and analytics outcomes using cloud services from Google, AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake and Databricks.

Our Artificial Intelligencespecialists design, build and modernise data platforms to manage data effectively, securely and at scale - serving to operationalise reporting, data governance, and analytics outcomes using cloud services from Google, AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake and Databricks.

Our Intelligent Automationspecialists leverage Cloud and Data to allow clients to keep up with disruption, deploying process automation solutions enhanced with cognitive capabilities, enabling staff to focus on what matters.

Our Cloud Platform Engineering specialists facilitate change through transformative Cloud services and solutions that accelerate compute and storage, directly reducing risk and driving innovation across the enterprise.

Our Insight Application Experience specialists design, build and deliver custom applications to empower organisations to better visualise and action insights from their data.

Our Digital team helps organisations become leading digital enterprises using advanced technologies, data, and human insights. Our complete, end-to-end mobile app and web development service starts from ideation to launch.

  • You have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with a knack for distilling complex and/or technical problems in environments that are often ambiguous
  • You have an understanding of tailoring the solutions we build for the owners of the solutions (our clients)
  • You have a disciplined approach to problem solving and an ability to critically assess a range of information to differentiate true business needs as opposed to user requests
  • You are tuned in to business development opportunities, with confidence creating effective sales material including proposals, case studies, and other sector-specific material.

  • Conduct a disciplined approach to problem solving and analysis, which would critically assess a range of information to differentiate true business needs from user requests, that results in pragmatic, tangible, and commercial recommendations for clients.

Please note, the salary ranges $60k - $220k+ with respect to your level of experience.

Qualifications

We are looking for applicants that have Tertiary qualifications preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Management, Data Analytics, Mathematics. Certifications in Google, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Collibra, Informatica, Snowflake, Data Bricks, DCAM, or Appian would be considered.

Current AGVSA security clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance required for some of our roles.
