THE ROLE
We are searching for the best Sommelier to join our team and guide our guests through the Omnia experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the highest level of personal wine, grower, and supplier knowledge, being up to date with latest products, influences, growing regions and vintages.
• Team mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Maximising sales.
• Manage and maintain stock levels.
• Ability to build and nurture healthy relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers.

THE MUST HAVES

• Valid Victorian RSA.
• Proven experience in a similar role as a Sommelier.
• Excellent presentation.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Ability to be dynamic and multitask harmoniously across multiple areas of the business.
• Outstanding leadership skills and attention to detail.
