The Heavenly Spa by Westin is a calming oasis in the heart of Brisbane City.

Rejuvenate in the hushed relaxation pods, nourish yourself with cleansing facials, relaxation massages, and invigorating body treatments, all designed to soothe the soul and awaken the senses.

Stay longer and enjoy the resort-style pool and steam room.

Begin your journey with us as a
Spa Host at Heavenly Spa by Westin. You will be responsible on delivering spa services, including salon program coordination, reservations and reception desk. The position focuses on ensuring guest satisfaction and achieving retail sales

Who you are and what you

  • High School Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • Less than 1 year related work experience
  • Check computer for updates and changes to schedule regularly throughout the day.
  • Welcome all guests to the Heavenly Spa or Westin Workout Wellness areas.
  • Ensure guest queries, complaints and special requests are handled effectively and efficiently
  • Reception duties meeting and greeting guests and members in accordance with department policies and 5 star etiquette.
  • Follow hotel and departmental standards and procedures and best practices to ensure effective operation of the department and hotel.
  • Assist therapists with room turnaround as required
  • Call guests to confirm date, type, time, and preferences for scheduled services.
  • Answer questions about services available in the spa/salon to assist individuals in selecting a service.
