About the Role: Joining a dynamic team of four, you will be responsible for managing a section of the Funeral ledger. Your tasks will involve end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes, including cash posting, allocation, collections, query resolution, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ledger Management: Supervise various accounts including Probate, Public Trustees, and legal accounts.
  • Collections: Achieve collection targets by diligently pursuing overdue accounts.
  • Payment Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing and allocation of payments.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate strong internal and external partnerships.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and produce necessary documents.
  • Administrative Tasks: Offer support during peak periods and month-end activities.
  • Transactional Support: Manage various payment methods efficiently.
