The Role:


We currently have a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and customer experience focused Front Office Host to join our team.

We pride ourselves on excellent guest services and ensuring our guests have the best memorable holiday experience.

As the Front Office Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests.

Outstanding customer service skills and be well presented, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Team-oriented with a "lead from the front" kind of mentality.

Great problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, supporting your team and guests.

Previous experience in the hospitality industry will be highly regarded.
