About the role

An exciting opportunity awaits for a HR Specialist to join this team with a focus on employee relation matters. The role will initially be on a 6 month contract.

Duties include

Provide guidance and support to managers on employee related issues

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Resolving disputes and conflicts and act as liaison between management and employee

Training and development of managers on new HR policies and procedures

About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following:5+ years HR experience with a focus on ER

Be up to date on HR policies, procedures and laws

Experienced in ER matters and handling grievances and performance management

Ability to train managers on ER policies and processes
