The Opportunity:

As Payroll Compliance Analyst you will be responsible for Veolia's payroll integrity and compliance.

To do this you will monitor performance, payroll accuracy and integrity, as well as coordinate audit activities, initiate and oversee internal and external reviews.

You will also recommend improvements with regards to compliance in the delivery of payroll services in collaboration with the Senior HR Project Manager and Payroll Manager.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitor and report on payroll accuracy and integrity
  • Coordinate audit activity and internal and external reviews
  • Lead the development, implementation and change management of payroll compliance and controls
  • Help build a culture of continuous improvement through effective development and coaching of team members and stakeholders

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Detailed knowledge of Australian payroll, statutory and legislative requirements including handling and interpreting complex Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and Awards
  • Demonstrated experience with payroll and T&A systems and end to end payroll processes
  • Experience and knowledge of large enterprise wide HR information and technology systems
