YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:


The Master Data Management Officer contributes to the success of WPP AUNZ by enabling supplier relationships through the provision of exceptional master data management services in a timely, accurate,efficient and effective manner.

The contribution of the role to the success of Group Business Services is through the provision of exceptional service and data management support to our clients, and internal stakeholders enabling them to effectively manage their account payables.


WHAT YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME DOING:

The purpose of the Master Data Management Officer role is to provide a high level of effective and efficient Master Data (MDM) services for WPP AUNZ businesses within a shared service centre environment.

The role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure data and query resolutions are consistently delivered to a high standard.

The role will also be responsible for developing business relationships with the Operating Companies being supported.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
2+ years' experience in administration
Strong people interaction and relationship building skills
Sound data entry and administration experience
Advanced MS Office skills, with high degree of confidence in MS Excel
Experience using financial systems including ERP and electronic workflow solutions, BCC and Maconomy desirable
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Well organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
Ability to work well with others; a desire to be part of a team
Effective organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
Flexible and adaptable attitude amidst an environment of constant change
Working knowledge of AP principles, practices and regulations
Strong attention to detail
