Our client is a leading Early Education provider that is recongied for its positive impact within the community on a National scale. Currently, the business has a rare opening for an upcoming and driven HR Administrator to join their Sydney team.

This is an excellent entry role into the world of Human Resources that will see you working with a collaborative team and supportive HR leader. You'll be given exposure to a variety of HR activities in a customer focussed environment.

Main responsibilities;

Coordinate and support P&C operations including contract generations, HRIS management, compliance docs etc.Work closely with the businesses recruitment team to support with reference and background checks Supporting the broader P&C team to ensure timely and efficient service is provided to stakeholdersRole modeling business values and acting as a positive P&C ambassador
To be successful in this role, you will be Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related field. You will have transferable skills such as customer service management, excellent communication and efficient time management. Above all, you will be a team player and will have the ability to thrive in a business environment that leads with passion and authenticity.
