ABOUT THE ROLE
Assist the Project Manager in the safe, coordinated and successful management of services packages on one or more projects, to achieve project targets. Ensure all undertakings are executed in accordance with The ADCO Way.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to tenders as required, particularly in ensuring that services scope is fully understood, and in identifying risks and opportunities
- Review consultant and subcontractor quotations against scope
- Review and contribute to the documents and plans that govern the project delivery, and ensure that these are in line with project, business and legislative requirements
- Coordinate with the Design Manager and Project Manager to manage the design of services packages in line with project plans
- Assist in the management of site works throughout the duration of the project and commissioning, to ensure defect-free handover
- Review project documents to ensure compliance with relevant project delivery plans and contractual requirements
- Contribute information and knowledge into the compilation of project documents
ABOUT YOU
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
- Previous experience working with a tier 1/2 building contractor on large scale and major projects
- Experience in design and construction/installation
- Experience in commissioning of all services
