360 Personnel are looking for a Finance Analyst to work with one of clients located in Smithfield. You must be able to perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.

You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Aid in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes.

Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures. Must be able to interpret data and make comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.

Reconcile existing transactions through cross-referencing of incoming and outgoing data. Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.

Academic / Education /Licenses:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with finance, accounting, economics or statistics as major fields.
  • MBA would be an advantage
  • Drivers License

Experience:

  • 35+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
  • Ability to streamline functions with a passion to learn and grow
  • High proficiency in financial modeling techniques

Skills & Attributes:

  • Good business acumen
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
  • Selfmotivated, ambitious and detail orientated
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships amongst managers, peers, employees, customers and suppliers

Job Types:
Full-time, Casual

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Penalty rates

Experience:

  • Financial analysis: 3 years (required)
