What you'll deliver with us

The Payroll Technical Specialist is responsible for:

  • Develop and implement detailed test strategies and plans for SAP payroll systems, ensuring alignment with project objectives and compliance with public sector requirements.
  • Lead parallel payroll testing efforts to validate the accuracy and functionality of the payroll system.
  • Coordinate UAT activities, working closely with endusers to ensure tests are reflective of realworld scenarios and requirements.
  • Write clear and concise test cases and scripts, and maintain documentation throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Utilize expertise in SAP payroll to provide insights and guidance on best practices, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including People and Culture, IT, and
  • Finance, to ensure a holistic approach to payroll testing.
  • Analyse test results, identify discrepancies, and drive resolution of issues prior to golive.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for internal teams and stakeholders on SAP payroll testing processes and outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in SAP payroll solutions and public sector regulations to ensure the organization's testing practices remain current and effective.

You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in test management, with a focus on SAP payroll systems.
  • Strong understanding of public sector payroll requirements and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in parallel payroll testing and UAT coordination.
  • Proficiency in writing test strategies, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP Payroll ECC6 Public Sector solution
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP S/4 Hana is desirable.
