You'll be responsible for

  • Champion the Capability Strategy and help expand our implementation of the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of solutions, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Manage our capability to deliver highly personalised and relevant digital customer experiences
  • Monitor deployed platforms to ensure operational metrics are being met
  • Coordinate with Allianz Group and key vendor Adobe to ensure ongoing support, training and enhancements
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into requirements for internal and external capability partners
  • Ensure quality of delivery and output of digital capability, including managing vendor performance, managing all digital deliverables through service delivery and project lifecycles

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or similar
  • A strong understanding of MarTech and AdTech platforms and how marketing teams use these platforms to gain competitive advantage.
  • A strong understanding of audience management, data and analytics.
  • Demonstrated evidence of ability to deliver projects using Agile/Scrum strategies and deliver outcomes within time, budget, and resource constraints
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes
  • Understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact AAL
