THE ROLE

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will oversee different aspects within Estimating. You will be responsible for:

  • Efficient Production Estimating
  • Timely ordering of production jobs
  • Thorough documentation of all client interactions in Databuild and ClickHome
  • Providing relevant reports and work-flow documentation
  • Minimise ETS orders
  • Liaise with other departments within the company
  • All other general Production Estimating responsibilities as directed by Estimating Manager

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within residential volume building in Australia
  • Experience with Databuild, ClickHomes and MS Office
  • Understand house construction from start to finish
  • Ability to prioritise work load
  • Be a team player with a good attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Mature, composed, and efficient work demeanour
